How long until my new site is live?

The date is fixed with the scope: what gets built and the week it goes live are both on the quote, so you have a date rather than an estimate. A straightforward site lands soonest; adding SEO, a CRM and the automation behind it stretches the job out. What pushes it to the far end is waiting on content and sign-off, and we chase both so you do not have to.

What is this going to cost me?

Every build is quoted at a fixed price before any work starts, and that number is what you pay. What moves it is scope: how many pages, whether you need SEO, a CRM and the automation behind it, or just the website. The whole scope goes in writing first, so nothing is added to the price halfway through.

Who owns the site and the accounts afterwards?

You own it. The domain, the site and the code on it, the content and every account we set up are in your name from the start. If you stop working with us all of it stays with you and we hand over the logins - nothing is rented back to you and nothing is held onto.

Why not just use a cheap website builder?

If you need a few pages to show you exist and you are happy keeping them up yourself, a builder will do the job and we will say so. It costs you when the site has to bring in work: the search setup, the CRM, the forms and the follow-up are the parts a template leaves to you, and they take the time you would rather spend on the job itself. We build it once, to a fixed scope, and you never have to log in to anything.

What does the monthly fee actually buy?

The monthly work covers what a site needs after launch: new content, the SEO work, the CRM and its automations, and the reporting that shows what came in. It runs for a minimum term agreed up front, because search and follow-up compound slowly and a month or two of them tells you nothing. After the term it carries on month to month, and you keep everything either way.

Who are you not the right fit for?

We are not for an owner who wants to run the site themselves and log in every week to change it - we build the opposite of that. We are also wrong for anyone who wants the scope left open and added to as it goes, because the price is fixed to the scope. If that is you, say so on the first call and we will tell you straight.
