The scope and the price are agreed before work starts, so the project does not drift and neither does the invoice. Anything outside that scope gets quoted on its own, in writing, before we touch it.

Most owners who come to us have been let down before, and they ask the same things first. Here is what happens, who does the work, and what you own at the end. If your question is not here, ask it in the form above.
What happens if my web guy disappears again?
You will not be left locked out of your own site. Everything we build belongs to you, and the accounts it runs on are in your name, so you can hand the whole thing to anyone. If you ever stop working with us, nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch.
Do I have to log in and manage the site myself?
No, you never have to log in to anything. Send us the change you want and we make it, whether that is new copy, a new page, or a form that feeds your CRM. The day to day running of the site is our job, not another task on your list.
Will the price change once you start?
No. We agree the scope and the price before any work begins, and that is what you pay for that scope. If you later want something that was not in the scope, we quote it separately, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Can you promise me the top spot on Google?
No, and nobody can honestly promise a position. What we do is build the site so search engines can read it, shape the pages and content around the services you actually sell, and keep improving it on what the results show. Treat any promise of a top spot as a warning sign.
What do you handle, and what is left to me?
We handle the website, the SEO work, the CRM automation and the marketing systems that connect them, so it is one team rather than four. What is left to you is telling us about your business and answering the occasional question. You do not have to coordinate anybody.
How do I get my site and content if I leave?
You ask, and we hand it over. Because you own what we build, there is nothing to buy back and no licence to argue about. We pass across the files, the content and the accounts that are already in your name.
