PRICING AND SCOPE

Fixed-price websites for service businesses

We build custom websites, SEO and CRM automation for service businesses across Salt Lake County. Every project is a fixed scope at a fixed price, and you own everything we build.

You will know the full scope and the final price before any work starts.

Below this you will find what a fixed scope covers, what you own at the end, and who handles the work once the site is live. Read to the bottom before you decide which option fits your business.

What a fixed-price scope covers

Every quote lists the pages, the integrations and the handover before you agree to it. The scope is fixed and the price is fixed, so nothing moves and nothing is added without your sign-off.

Quoted per scope

Who does the work after launch

We handle the hosting, the updates, the SEO work and the CRM automation ourselves. Plenty of owners came to us because their last web guy vanished, so we keep it simple: you never have to log in to anything.

WHY OWNERS STAY

Why owners come to us after a bad build

Most of our clients found us because their last web guy vanished. We do the whole job in one place, so the site, the search work and the follow-up system are handled by the same team. Nothing is parked with a provider you cannot reach.

One team for the whole build

Websites, SEO and CRM automation come from the same place, so nothing waits on a second vendor and nobody hands you off when something needs changing.

Someone answers when you call

The owners who come to us have usually been left without anyone to call. You deal with the same team that built the site, for as long as you have it.

Built for Service Businesses

We work with service businesses around Salt Lake County, so the site is set up around the quotes, calls and jobs you actually want to book.

Before you ask

Questions owners ask before buying

Most owners land here wanting to know what moves the number, who writes the words, and when the money is due. Those answers are below, in plain terms. If what you need is not covered, ask us and we will answer it directly.

What do I pay up front, and what at the end?

The job is split into a deposit before work starts and the balance when the site goes live, and both figures are written into your scope. A larger build can be broken into more stages than that, so ask for it while we are quoting. The deposit books your build dates and pays for the first stage, so the project is scheduled rather than queued.

Who writes the page copy, and what does that cost?

You can hand us your own copy for any page and we will build it in as written. If you would rather we wrote it, page copy is priced per page and that per-page figure sits in your fixed quote before you sign. It covers the writing itself, the headings and the calls to action on the page, so none of it is billed back to you later.

Why does one quote cost more than another?

Three things move the number: how many pages the site needs, how much of the copy has to be written from scratch rather than supplied by you, and how many systems get connected, such as a CRM, booking or payments. Both the scope and the price are fixed in writing before anyone starts, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.

What does your ongoing work include that a cheap package skips?

A discount monthly package usually buys reporting and a few small edits, and defers the work that takes real time: new pages written from scratch, technical fixes to the site itself, and keeping the forms and the CRM wired up as the business changes. That work does not disappear. It waits until something breaks or stalls, and then it is quoted as a separate job on top of what you have already paid. Ours carries it inside the monthly scope, so it gets handled while it is still small.

Am I locked into a subscription with the ongoing search work?

Ongoing search work runs for a minimum term, written into your agreement, and then continues month to month. We ask for the term because the work is slow to show: pages have to be published, indexed, and then left alone long enough for the traffic to mean something. Judged earlier than that, the numbers tell you nothing either way.

Start with a fixed-price quote

Tell us how many pages you need and what the site has to do, and we come back with the scope and the price in writing. The quote itself costs nothing and nothing starts until you approve it. If what you want is not a fit for us, we will say so.

You get the scope and the price in writing before any work begins.
