What fixed scope actually covers

Every project is scoped in writing before it starts: the pages, the integrations, the copy, and who does what. You see the fixed price for that scope, and it holds. Nothing is added to the invoice halfway through.

You own everything we build

You own the domain, the hosting account, the site files, and the CRM logins when we are done. Nothing is rented back to you and nothing is locked to us. If you ever move on, the whole build goes with you.

Who answers when something breaks

Most owners come to us because their last web guy vanished. So we handle the whole stack ourselves, from the site to the SEO work to the CRM automation, and report back in plain language. You never have to log in to anything to keep it running.

What a build asks of you, and when

The owners who come to us have usually sat through a build that went quiet halfway. Ours runs in four stages, each one written down before it starts, and you are only needed in two of them. The stages below show which two.

  1. You tell us what went wrong

    The first call is mostly us asking questions: what the business does, what your last provider left behind, and what the site has to bring in.

  2. We write the scope and the price

    You get the whole job written down with one fixed price against it. Nothing is built until you have read that and agreed to it.

  3. We build it without your login

    We design the pages, build them, wire your forms into the CRM and do the search setup. Progress comes back to you in plain language, not as a dashboard to check.

  4. It goes live in your name

    The site goes live and the domain, the hosting and the accounts are registered to your business. After that, changes come back to us rather than onto your desk.

Most standard services are completed within 2-4 hours. For more extensive work, we'll provide a detailed time estimate upfront so you can plan accordingly. We always aim to get you back on the road as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
What should I expect when I bring my vehicle in?
Upon arrival, our service advisor will greet you and review your concerns. We'll perform a thorough inspection and provide a transparent quote before any work begins. You'll receive updates throughout the process, and we'll walk you through everything we did before you leave.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks. For larger repairs, we also offer financing options with approved credit. Ask our team about payment plans that can help spread the cost of major services.
Can I schedule an appointment outside regular business hours?
We understand busy schedules. Early morning drop-offs are available starting at 7 AM, and we offer after-hours key drop for your convenience. Simply schedule online or call ahead, and we'll have everything ready when you arrive.
Do you offer any guarantees on your work?
Absolutely. All our services come with a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. If you experience any issues related to work we've performed, bring it back and we'll make it right at no additional cost.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
While we welcome walk-ins for quick services like oil changes and inspections, scheduling an appointment ensures we can dedicate the right amount of time to your vehicle. Book online or call us to reserve your preferred time slot.
