Websites and systems for service businesses

The owners who come to us have usually sat through a build that went quiet halfway. Ours runs in four stages, each one written down before it starts, and you are only needed in two of them. The stages below show which two.

Why Owners Call Us

Hands Off For You, Handled By Us

Most owners find us because their last web guy vanished, taking the passwords and the answers with him. We write the job down, quote it, build it, and hand over the accounts and the files. Then we keep the site, the SEO and the marketing systems running without putting that work back on your desk.

You Own Everything

The domain, the hosting, the site files and every login are in your name from the day we set them up. If you ever walk away, you take the whole thing with you and nothing stops working.

One Price, Written Down

We agree the full scope in writing before any work starts, then quote one price against it. You know what you are getting and what it costs before you commit, and the number does not move while we build.

You Never Have to Log In

We look after the website, the SEO work, the CRM automation and the marketing systems feeding it. You never have to log in to anything, and you never have to learn a dashboard to get a change made.

WHAT WE BUILD AND RUN

Services We Handle Start To Finish

Each card below is a service we actually do for service businesses in Salt Lake County, not a package assembled for the website. Open one and you get what it covers, how it is scoped and what you end up owning.

Custom Website Design

We design and build your site from scratch, page by page, to a scope and a price agreed before the work starts. When it is finished it is yours to keep, including the files and the accounts behind it.

Search Engine Optimization

We handle the technical and on-page side of search so the pages that matter to you can be found and read properly. We tell you what we changed and why, and we never promise you a position in the results.

CRM Automation

We connect your website to a CRM so an enquiry arrives as a record with the follow-up already set to happen. You see the lead and its history without piecing it together out of your inbox.

Marketing Systems

We build the marketing side as one system: the pages, the forms and the follow-up working together for a service business. We set all of it up and write down what runs where, so nothing is a mystery later.

Hands-Off Site Management

We keep the site, the hosting and the updates running on our side, so you never have to log in to anything. When something needs changing, you tell us and we make the change.

Ownership And Handover

Everything we build is handed over in your name, including the site, the domain and the accounts behind it. If you ever move on, nothing is held back and nothing stops working.

HOW THIS WORKS

What to settle before the build starts

This is for owners who have hired a web developer before and ended up stuck. It covers three things worth settling in writing before any work begins: what the scope is, who owns what gets built, and who logs in to run it day to day. It does not tell you which option is right for your business.

What fixed scope and fixed price mean

The scope and the price are both set before work starts, so what you are getting is written down rather than discovered later. Anything outside that list is a separate decision, not an invoice you did not expect.

Who owns the site afterward

You own everything we build. If you and we part ways, the site and the work behind it stay yours, so nothing has to be bought back or rebuilt to keep it running.

Who logs in to keep it running

We handle the site, SEO, CRM automation and the marketing systems around them, so you never have to log in to anything. If you would rather be in the dashboard yourself, say so early, because it changes the setup.

Before you sign anything, ask who owns the work and who is responsible for it once the build is done.

The Four Build Stages

How a build runs, start to launch

Every build runs through the same four stages, in the same order, so nothing depends on chasing us for an update. You will know what is happening at each one and what, if anything, we need from you. Here is what each stage looks like.

  1. The first call and your quote

You tell us what the business needs and we ask the questions that decide the work. Nothing is billed at this point. You end up with a written quote that names every page, system and piece of copy included.

  2. Fixed scope and fixed price agreed

You read the scope and say what is in and what is out, and we hold the price to it. Changes get priced before anyone starts, not after. When you sign, the scope is the contract and the number does not move.

  3. We build it while you carry on

We write the copy, build the pages and wire up the SEO, CRM and booking pieces the scope named. You review it, and the only thing we need from you is an answer when we ask. You never have to log in to anything to get it built.

  4. Launch and handover of everything

We take the site live, check the forms and call tracking actually work, and hand you the logins. Everything we built is yours to keep, including the accounts it runs on. Nothing here stays locked behind us.

The towns here are only a sample, not the whole of Salt Lake County, so plenty of places we work are not named. All of the build, the SEO and the CRM automation runs remotely, so if you sit further out, call and ask and we will say straight away whether we can help.

What happens when the web guy vanishes

These are the five things owners want settled before they pick up the phone: who holds the keys to the site, what happens once the build is finished, and how much of it ends up back on your desk. No quote required.

Who owns the website when it is finished, me or you?

You do. Everything we build is yours: the site, the pages, the content and the CRM automation we set up. None of it is rented back to you, and none of it stops working if we stop working together.

Do I have to log in and update the site myself?

No. You never have to log in to anything. We handle the site, the content changes, the SEO work and the CRM automation on our side, and you tell us what you want different. If you do want access, we will give it to you, but nothing waits on you using it.

Will the price change once you start the work?

No. The scope and the price are both fixed before any work starts, so what you agree to is what you pay. If you later want something that sits outside that scope, we price it on its own and you decide before we touch it.

Can you get me to the top of Google?

No one can promise a ranking, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we do is build the site so search engines can read it properly and write the pages around what your customers in Salt Lake County are actually searching for. You will see the work and what changed; we will not sell you a position.

Can you take over a site my last developer left behind?

Yes. We start by working out what you actually own and what you do not, because that is usually the part a departed developer left unclear. Then we tell you plainly whether the existing site is worth repairing or better rebuilt, and either way the scope and price are fixed before work begins.
