SMS / Text messaging
This section explains how Full Service Web Design uses the mobile phone number you give us, and how to stop the messages at any time. It applies to every form on this website that offers a text-message consent box.
What we send
If you tick the SMS consent box and give us your phone number, Full Service Web Design sends you SMS customer care and account notifications: replies to the enquiry you sent us, updates on your project or job, and notices about your account. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages to a number collected this way.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply - your mobile carrier charges you for messages under your own plan, and Full Service Web Design does not charge you for them.
Stopping the messages, and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and then stop. Reply HELP for help. You can also opt out at any time by calling 801-577-9418 or emailing kalenhoward@gmail.com, and we will remove your number.
The consent box is optional
The SMS consent box on our forms is optional and is never ticked for you. The form submits without it, and submitting a form does not sign you up for text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase: you can buy from us, book with us and get a reply from us without ever agreeing to text messages. The web form is the only way to opt in - there is no keyword, verbal or paper opt-in.
Who we share it with
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.
What we keep
We keep a record of the consent you gave - whether the box was ticked, when, the page it was on, and the exact wording that was on the screen - so we can show what you agreed to. The SMS programme terms are in our Terms.
