These terms cover the service businesses we build websites, SEO and CRM systems for across Salt Lake County. They set out what a project includes, what we handle for you, and who owns the finished work. Read them before you accept a quote, not after.

Terms of Service for Website Projects

Use this site to learn about our work and to contact us, and keep the details you send us accurate. Each project runs on the scope and price agreed in writing before work starts, and once it is paid for the site, content and accounts are yours. We are not liable for losses arising from how a site is used after handover, and either side may end ongoing work in writing. Utah law governs these terms.

Who owns the site and accounts when it's finished?

You own all of it. The domain is registered in your name, the site files and the content we write are yours, and the hosting, analytics and CRM accounts are set up under your own logins even though you never have to open them. If you stop working with us, we hand over the passwords and move anything held on our side to you.

If we stop paying, do we lose the work?

You keep the site, the domain, the content and the accounts, and we hand over every login. What stops is the work: no more page changes, SEO, reporting or automation upkeep from us, and the hosting moves to you or to whoever you bring in next. The site stays up and it stays yours.

What does the monthly fee buy, and why commit?

The monthly fee covers hosting and upkeep of the site, the page and content changes you ask for, the SEO work, and keeping your CRM and marketing automations running so leads land where they should. It runs for a minimum term, written into your scope before you sign, because search and automation work needs several months of steady effort before the pattern is readable. After that it carries on month to month.

Can you guarantee I'll be number one on Google?

No. Nobody honest can promise you a position on a search page, because Google decides it and your competitors keep changing what they do. What we commit to instead is reporting the things that pay you: enquiries, calls and booked jobs, month by month, rather than impressions.

SMS / Text messaging terms

The program

Full Service Web Design runs an SMS customer care and account notification program. It sends replies to the enquiry you sent us, updates on your project or job, and notices about your account. Only people who tick the optional SMS consent box on a form on this website receive it: the web form is the only way to opt in, and there is no keyword, verbal or paper opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply - your mobile carrier charges you under your own plan, and Full Service Web Design does not charge you for the messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then we stop. You can also opt out by calling 801-577-9418 or emailing kalenhoward@gmail.com.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. How we handle the number and the consent record is set out in our Privacy Policy.
